Arctic Technology Conference 2012 or ATC 2012 is returning to Houston in December 2012. ATC is being held at the George R. Brown Convention Centre and the Arctic Technology Conference offers the opportunity for oil and gas professionals to come together to discuss the challenging topic of Arctic oil and gas and the complex environmental, physical and technical challenges that the developing the Arctic presents the oil and gas industry.
