The setting up of your subscription involves the collection of information on the type of data you require. These requests are made to allow us to tailor our service to your requirements. In addition the queries that you create and elect to save are held for you to access. In addition we record information each time you logon to InfieldOnline that ensure the security of you subscription and data and permit us to tailor our service and products to your changing requirements.

What do we do with this information?

Only Infield Systems has access to users' accounts. We will not give or sell any information on your use of the service to any outside company for any use, including marketing or solicitation. Periodically, we will use the information to notify you of important announcements regarding special offers or important functionality changes to our Web site as well as events that we feel may be of interest to you. As an InfieldOnline user we may also use company names for inclusion in a client list for publicity material and company literature. This is simply to give our clients and potential clients a reference point as to the types of companies and organisations that are accessing or have accessed InfieldOnline. If you do not wish your company or organisation name to be used in this way, then please contact Quentin Whitfield and he will remove your company or organisation name from all future publicity and company literature.

Infield Systems Limited keeps the industry informed of its products and services through an emailed newsletter. Each email includes a valid return email address, our full company name, address, telephone and fax numbers as well as a mechanism by which individuals can unsubscribe to our circulation list. This is a one off removal system.
