Clients can access the EnergyGateway either by adding the EnergyGateway system to their existing Offshore Energy Database subscriptions for fields, platforms, onshore terminals and pipelines or by purchasing access to one of the Offshore EnergyGateway standalone packages.
Adding Offshore EnergyGateway access to an existing or new Offshore Energy Database subscription costs an additional 30% of the original database purchase price. The data layers that comprise the database subscription will be displayed alongside all of the “geographic layers. Information behind each data layer symbol is fully accessible through the EnergyGateway and the level of detail depends upon the detail included in the data subscription. The user can use utilise the GIS tools to search and export data to use offline. Clients can combine a range of standalone Offshore EnergyGateway packages with their existing Offshore Energy Database subscriptions. The Offshore EnergyGateway packages are designed to give standalone visual access where straight forward and simple reference maps are required. Each regional Gateway package includes all of the geographic layers and all Offshore Energy Database layers as reference symbols with limited information behind each one. The Offshore Energy Database layers include; producing and future fields (detailing operator, field name, type & group status), fixed platforms (operator, platform name & group status), floating production and floating storage offloading facilities (operator, platform name & group status), pipelines (operator, pipeline route, product & group status). Please note that pipelines are restricted to those projects that are associated with platforms, on shore facilities and landfall.
