Infield Systems Limited has been trading independently since April 1991 and has continuously operated to a strict code of ethical working practices of independence and confidentiality.
Infield Systems Limited and its subsidiary companies are wholly owned by two individuals, both of which are active operational directors and employees of the company. Neither of these two individuals own shares in any other company connected with the oil, gas, renewable energy and associated marine industries, nor owns more than a 1% shareholding or holds directorships in any other trading company. Infield Systems Limited enjoys a very special position within the industry with the majority of major industry operators, contractors, financial institutions and government authorities as clients. Some of Infield Systems business relationships span more than a decade. This unique and respected position achieved by the company is maintained through the robust management of strict codes of probity and confidentiality and the fierce defending of independence and impartiality.
Due to the highly sensitive nature of much of the client work undertaken by Infield Systems and its team, strict controls on confidentiality are maintained, with clear records, audit trails and permissions management. All communications, formal, informal, verbal and non-verbal, fall within the remit of Infield Systems confidentiality controls. Access to information is restricted to named individuals with a project’s overall security responsibility within the control of a board director.
